We are seeking an EL/PL Team Leader to lead a high-performing team handling a varied caseload of Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with people leadership, helping to drive performance, develop talent, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

The Role
As EL/PL Team Leader, you will:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fee earners and support staff.
Oversee performance, productivity, and quality, ensuring excellent client service and strong financial results.
Provide technical guidance and supervision on litigated EL/PL matters, including complex and high-value claims.
Manage your own caseload of EL/PL claims where appropriate.
Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and mentoring to support individual development.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance.
Work collaboratively with senior management to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to business growth.
