The firm is now looking to recruit a Corporate Partner who will play a key role in the growth of the Birmingham office. This role would suit a Partner who seeks to practice BigLaw without all the bureaucracy which is usually associated with these types of firms.

The likely candidate will most probably be a current Equity Partner frustrated by their firm’s financial performance or someone who is on the cusp of equity and unsure if they are ready to commit due to uncertainty.
