You will be an experienced corporate expert who has a proven track record for working on high value deals, often with an international element, and will have demonstrable practical knowledge across areas such as corporate finance, M&A, private equity, MBO/MBIs and joint ventures amongst others. You will be looking for the opportunity to take your career to the next level with a firm which is recognised as a leading global player, yet which is still agile enough to adapt to client’s requirements seamlessly and with the assistance of similarly strong offerings across real estate, pensions, litigation, employment and tax.
Remuneration is excellent and is towards the top end of the Birmingham market. A strong pedigree for business development is required, whilst for those looking to join the partnership a following and extensive network of contacts will also be expected.
