Defendant EL/PL Paralegal/Fee Earner - Manchester

I am currently instructed by a leading insurance firm in the heart of Manchester who are looking for a Legal Executive to specialise in EL/PL casualty matters.

The Role:
The role will involve dealing with EL/PL cases on behalf of large Insurers. The work will be varied and interesting and will certainly offer a challenge to any fee earner who is keen to progress.

The Team:
The team is partner led and there will be plenty of support available. This is an excellent opportunity to join what is possibly the leading insurance firm in the country where you will get the opportunity to learn from some of the best EL/PL lawyers in the country.

Requirements:
Applications are invited from candidates with EL/PL experience. You should have good technical capabilities and a strong commitment to specialising in this area of law. Claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered.
Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with EL/PL claims both pre and posted litigated.
