Court of Protection Paralegal - Manchester city centre - must have Court of Protection experience

We are now working with one of the leading teams nationally for Court of Protection work, based in Manchester. This is an opportunity for a Court of Protection paralegal to join an award winning Court of Protection team.

Role Overview
· Carrying out work on a broad range of deputyship and some personal injury trust matters, arising from both personal injury and clinical negligence both currently in litigation as well as having settled.
· Grace D and/ or Grade C work
· Supporting three file handlers as well as the opportunity to file handle.

Candidate Requirements

· Must have Court of Protection experience- ideally experience dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
· Experience with Grace D work.
· The ability to work in a large team.
· Good communication skills, especially for the client servicing part of the role.
· Good academics and a strong background of working in good Private Client/ COP firms.
