Paralegal - Tactical Litigated Credit Hire - Greater Manchester

Paralegal - Greater Manchester. This leading national firm is hiring within its prestigious Credit Hire team which handles a mix of litigated work for the largest tier one insurance firms. The team is looking for a Paralegal ideally with experience of litigation and handling Credit Hire files.

Overview

• Job Title: Tactical Litigated Paralegal
• Location: Greater Manchester
• Salary: Up to 28,000
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Term: Permanent
• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous experience: Litigation, Credit Hire, managing own caseload.

Delivering legal excellence

The successful candidate will work in the largest and longest-established team of its kind. The caseload will include duties such as:

• carrying out complex & technical investigations on claims
• handling your own case load of delegated authority claims
• investigating litigated Complex credit hire claims
• developing and maintaining client relationships
