PI Paralegal - Manchester

We have a new vacancy for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a specialist Military Claims team in a leading central Manchester law firm.

Role:
Vetting new military claims,
Dealing with Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) claims,
Drafting of client and witness statements,
Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel,
Court documents,
Reviewing and collating medical records,
Reviewing medical reports,
Researching case law on liability and quantum,
Drafting advices to clients,
Liaising with clients and updating on case progress,
Preparing court bundles,
Dealing with billing and disbursement payments.

Experience:
Minimum 12 months personal injury experience
Strong academics
