Court of Protection Solicitor | NQ-3 PQE | Leading East Midlands Firm | Nottingham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a highly regarded private client team at a well-established and respected law firm in Nottingham.
This is an outstanding role for a newly qualified solicitor through to around three years' PQE looking to build a specialist career in Court of Protection work within a supportive and collaborative team. The firm has an excellent reputation across the East Midlands and is recognised for delivering high-quality legal advice alongside exceptional client care.

The Role
Working as part of an experienced Court of Protection team, you will advise clients on a broad range of matters, including:
· Deputyship applications
· Property and financial affairs deputyships
· Statutory wills and gifting applications
· Lasting Powers of Attorney
· Mental capacity issues
· Ongoing deputyship administration and client management

About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who are:
· Newly qualified up to around 3 years' PQE
· Experienced in Court of Protection work, either through training or post-qualification experience
· Technically strong with excellent client care skills
· Organised, proactive and keen to develop a long-term career in this specialist area
· Able to build strong relationships with clients, families and professional contacts
