Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Mental Health Act Team Leader that will be working at legal assistant/paralegal level, to join an NHS foundation on a locum basis for a period of around 6 months.

The successful candidate will be required to take on responsibilities which may include matters such as:

• Mentoring of junior staff
• Providing legal advice with emphasis on Mental health Act
• Liaising with doctors, tribunals, external organisations
• Processing section paperwork

The ideal candidate will have specific experience working within the mental health act.

This role can be conducted remotely however a hybrid working pattern is preferred. Both full time and part time applicants will be considered.
