Our client is a leading regional practice and is well known for its large, dynamic and forward thinking conveyancing department. This is a full-time permanent role in Cotteridge. Potential for home-working and flexibility on working hours.

This firm is friendly, open and quick to champion its people for upward progression! As a conveyancing solicitor/legal assistant you will join a large team that uses a very effective case management system.

You will have the support of a conveyancing assistant but you must be able to handle you own caseload of conveyancing matters. The team has a new business department who conduct the initial file set up along with a post completion team which will enable you to focus on the main part of the transaction.

Our client is looking for a senior conveyancing solicitor who can hit he ground running along with having some management experience. Knowledge of the local conveyancing market would be advantageous though this is not a necessity.

To be considered you must be a modern conveyancer, able to work in a fast paced environment with an ability to cope under pressure working to tight deadlines. In return the firm offers regular salary reviews along with progression into team management. This is a unique opportunity for a senior conveyancing solicitor to be part of well run team.
