Interim In-House Commercial Lawyer

London / Hybrid | Minimum 6-Month Contract | Attractive Day Rate

A rare opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to join a high-profile organisation responsible for managing some of London's most recognisable public assets, heritage sites and commercial operations.

This is far from a typical not-for-profit environment. The organisation operates a substantial commercial portfolio, generating significant revenue through events, hospitality, partnerships and a diverse range of commercial activities. As a result, the legal team advises on a broad mix of commercially focused work with genuine public visibility and impact.

The role will support a busy programme of commercial contracts, procurement exercises and construction projects, including several significant tenders and strategic initiatives planned over the coming years.

About You

You will be a qualified lawyer with:
· 5+ years' PQE
· Strong commercial contracts experience
· Experience of public procurement and/or NEC4 construction contracts
· A pragmatic and commercially focused approach
· The ability to hit the ground running within a collaborative legal team
