This well established South Yorkshire based firm are looking for a Contact Centre Legal Advisor to join their Sheffield offices. Although this is a Legal Advisor role you do NOTneed a legal background to be successful, you will be given full training.
The Contact Centre Legal Advisor role would be communicating with clients via various methods but primarily the telephone in order to take their instructions in connection with legal claims. You, the Contact Centre Legal Advisor, would provide basic legal advice.
The successful Contact Centre Legal Advisor will:
Provide preliminary advice on Civil Legal cases and take initial instruction from clients
Carry out relevant searches
Draft documents and forms in order for the claims to be successful
Contacting clients and third parties over the phone, in writing and by email
Data entry
Maintaining of case management system
To answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Perform general administration tasks
