Legal Counsel Jobs

This leading game development and publishing organisation based in Cambridge is looking for an In-House Counsel to join their existing team. There is the option to work completely remotely (with occasional necessity to attend the studio) or from the studio on a hybrid basis. The company is one of the largest in the UK and is very well respected in the industry with a famed flagship game. The company is expanding its portfolio and with that, comes new titles and IP. The company have 400+ staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with corporate and commercial matters to include (but is not limited to) NDAs, M&A transactions, service agreements and agency agreements. You should have sound knowledge or a specialism of IP, data protection and regulatory matters, as you will be providing both practical and strategic advice. It would be advantageous to have litigation experience.
