A great time to join a hard-working and friendly group of around 60 lawyers has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Associate & Senior Associate as DAS Law is going through a period of sustained growth across their litigation teams, they have a range of vacancies focused on commercial litigation and property misrepresentation cases at both Associate and Senior Associate level in their Bristol Office.

Headed up by Will Ellerton, you will join a highly skilled and supportive team specialising in multi-track and complex litigation with a particular focus on commercial litigation and property misrepresentation cases. DAS insurance business generates over 600 of these cases per year and 2023 sees them moving up a gear to take the majority of these.
As a team they are passionate and enthusiastic about what they do. There is a genuine commitment to giving their people early responsibility and they will regularly run cases from inception to ADR or trial.
Skills and Experiences
For all of these roles, they are looking for a good level of experience in a range of litigation matters arising from-
Business-to-business sale of goods
Supply of services
Bonus and commission disputes
Insurance coverage matters
Property misrepresentation is also an advantage.
Their senior associate positions will be supervisor roles and will therefore require experience of running a small team of lawyers.
All roles will require a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules as well as experience in resolving disputes by all forms of ADR and especially mediation.
