My client, a well regarded Legal 500 firm based in Chester are looking for a Experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing Department in Chester.

The role will be to support and participate in the client work undertaken by qualified fee earners across the Department.

The role

• Provide first rate service to their clients and Solicitors on the other side of transactions as well keeping their brokers and relevant third parties up to date.
• Opportunity to be actively involved in and to experience all manner of conveyancing transactions.

The successful candidate

• Have a strong desire to work in Conveyancing & Property Law
• Work on your own initiative or as part of a team and produce work quickly and accurately often within tight timescales
• Strong IT skills
