My client is a well-established full service law firm based in modern offices in an attractive market town.
The firm has a strong reputation in its local area as well as the surrounding county and offers its employees a flexible working environment where hybrid home and office working is encouraged.
An opportunity has arisen within the firm’s busy Commercial Property team and would suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least five years post qualification experience in Real Estate. The work is good quality and varied and so experience in (inter alia) drafting and negotiating commercial leases, development agreements, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties and property portfolio management would be useful.
The firm offers an attractive salary and benefits package and a strong collegiate working culture.
