They have had another strong year, maintaining a high level of transactions and as such they are looking to add to the team, dealing with:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Drafting leases
• Leasehold enfranchisements and lease extensions

The ideal residential property solicitor candidate will be:

• 3 years’ PQE
• Experienced dealing with the London market
• Live within a sensible commute to southeast London - although lots of remote working is available
