The Role

As an insolvency solicitor within this fantastic firm, you will provide high quality commercial advice to companies, individuals, and office holders on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring.

You will have the opportunity to work on contentious and non-contentious matters such as

• Corporate recovery
• Claims against directors
• Defending claims for fraudulent trading
• Liquidation
• Bankruptcy petitions
• Personal insolvency issues

There is a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced insolvency partner with an incredible wealth of knowledge.

The Candidate

To be considered for this fantastic restructuring & insolvency opportunity in Leeds, you will have gained at least NQ-5 years' of experience within a regional, national or international restructuring & insolvency team.

Have a passion for contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
