A unique and rare opportunity has arisen at a regional law firm in their head office based in Edgbaston. They are looking to recruit a legal trainer who will join them to own the employee "onboarding experience to maximise the performance potential of new starters.
Our client is a law firm with around ten offices across the West Midlands. They are a busy reputable practice and now need to appoint a legal trainer to handle the on-boarding of new staff.
Your role as a legal trainer will involve the creation and implementation of an induction and training programme for staff, training staff on the case management and accounts system, conducting 1-2-1s with staff, delivering training workshops along with communicating feedback to directors along with designing and developing and implementing an online training portal in conjunction with directors.
This is not a usual role I am instructed on, but it really does offer scope to make the role your own. To be considered our client is seeking a legal trainer who has experience of providing training solutions in a wide variety of delivery methods including virtual and face to face learning, experience in training design and delivery for all levels along with some previous experience of working in an HE/Ofsted regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential.
