Reporting to the newly created role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner, we are looking for an ambitious Advisor to develop and maintain talent pools to attract passive and active job seekers through internet-based searches using a wide variety of search engines, social media, direct approach calls, networks, and directories and other recruitment tools and databases.

The successful applicant will possess experience of working in-house or agency with a solid understanding of all talent attraction methods from advertising, LinkedIn, social media, networking and recruitment/industry events. You must be an effective communicator, self-starter and proactive.
