Locum Property Lawyer – Home Counties – Remote Working – Full Time – 3-6 months – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority legal team in the Home Counties.
The assignment is offered for an initial period of 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension thereafter. This role is offered on a remote basis, however occasional office presence would be preferred to attend meetings. Ideally the client would like someone to take on the position on a full time basis however part-time candidates will also be considered.
The position offers an hourly rate of up to £55 per hour Umbrella dependent upon levels of experience.
This role is suitable for an experienced and qualified Lawyer with experience gained within Local Government, especially with knowledge in the areas of landlord and tenants and commercial property matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with planning and construction contracts, however candidates without this experience will also be considered.
