I'm currently working with a well-established North West firm that is looking to add an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to its team in Lancashire.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy claimant caseload and wants to join a supportive team with genuine scope to progress.

The role:

Manage your own caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated Housing Disrepair matters
Handle claims through to conclusion
Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
Advise and support clients throughout their claims
Work closely with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently

What they're looking for:

Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with solid Housing Disrepair experience
Confident handling litigated matters from start to finish
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own caseload
Strong client care skills and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes
