I'm currently working with a well-established law firm with a strong presence across the North West, who are looking to add an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to their Liverpool team.

This would suit someone who enjoys a busy claimant caseload and wants to join a supportive team with genuine opportunities to progress.

The role:

Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair claims, covering both pre-litigated and litigated matters
Progress files through to conclusion and deal confidently with the day-to-day conduct of claims
Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
Work closely with clients, providing clear advice and support throughout their claims
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently

What they're looking for:

Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with solid Housing Disrepair experience
Confident handling litigated matters
Able to manage a busy caseload independently
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
A genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for clients
