The Role
You'll manage a busy and varied caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants to ensure their rights are protected and essential repairs are addressed. The role involves:

- Handling a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence with precision
- Engaging with clients empathetically, often in sensitive circumstances
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive cases forward efficiently

About You
The ideal candidate will be:

- A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in housing disrepair work
