We are recruiting to a Housing Legal Officer position to assist in a busy Housing Litigation team within a well-regarded public sector organisation.

Our client is looking for a Housing Litigation Legal Officer on a locum-basis, initially for up to 3 months with potential to be extended depending on the needs of the team. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working, however can be some flexibility on this. You will be paid between £20 - £25 umbrella rate per hour.

The successful Housing Paralegal will have legal experience handling a caseload of housing matters within a Housing Litigation setting.

You will handle a caseload of:

• Disrepair
• Anti-social behaviour
• Tenancy fraud and tenancy disputes
• Rent recovery
