A leading international law firm, well-respected within the Manchester legal industry, is currently looking to recruit a Legal Accounts Assistant to join the firm’s forward-thinking and progressive Accounts department. Within this department, you will be providing financial and administrative support to the Finance department and the wider firm.
The firm offers hybrid working after initial training, alternating weekly from working from home 3 days a week and being in the office 2 days a week, to working from home 2 days a week and being in the office 3 days.

Duties include:
Managing incoming financial requests and delegating to relevant person
Uploading invoices to external portals
Resolving incoming requests on service now – preparing pre bills, disbursement invoices, final zero bills, WIP write offs, time transfers, copy bills, and open/close matters
Managing bills distribution directly to clients or internally to legal teams
Creating client specific reports to aid cash collection
Instigating interim billing opportunities on a daily basis, generating internal prebill requests (through service now) assigning signed prebill requests to relevant cashiers
Liaising with non-Finance business support functions to ensure data integrity and accuracy
