EU Competition Lawyer. BCL Legal is instructed by a top international practice, seeking to recruit a competition lawyer to join their Dublin team. This is a rare and unique opportunity for a competition lawyer to join a firm with an outstanding reputation globally.
The competition team are advising and representing clients on a full range of complex EU competition, state aid, procurement and economic regulation work; including:
-EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control
- economic regulations
- dawn raids & cartels
- state aid & procurement rules
- competition & dominance investigations
The competition team are advising clients across a broad range of sectors including defence, pharmaceuticals, telecoms & media, energy & utilities, sport, construction, financial services, transport and retail.
This role is ideally suited to competition lawyers with a minimum of two years' post qualified experience. Competition lawyers applying for this position must be able to display experience in this type of work gained with a reputable firm with a recognised competition practice.
