Senior Family Solicitor/ Head of Department

A well-established and expanding law firm based in Reading require a Family Solicitor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will work across a broad range of privately funded high-value matters including all aspects of divorce, financial remedies, private children’s issues, cohabitee disputes and pre-and post-nuptial agreements.

As a senior fee-earner in the team, you will provide support for other lawyers in the team and work closely with the Partner on all aspects of the practice.

The firm is looking to expand the practice, so it is important that you have a willingness to get involved with business development projects to promote the interests of the firm.
