Legal Secretary / Paralegal

A dynamic established firm based in Belfast BT1 6EA is recruiting a full time Legal Secretary or Paralegal for their Family Law department.

The job involves working for a partner in the Family Law Department. The work is varied and fast-paced. You will be expected to –

• Answer and make calls to and from clients, barristers, solicitors and experts
• Type dictation
• Arrange appointments
• Submit information onto the Legal Aid system
• prepare briefs for counsel.

The ideal candidate should have experience as follows:

• Must have experience of family work
• Must be skilled in dealing with clients and providing excellent client care
• Must be skilled in IT and data inputting.
• Experience with LAMS would be beneficial.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Salary

• Competitive Salary DOE

Working Hours 

• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
