What will you do?

You will advise clients on a range of financial issues following their separation. This will include advising on the divorce process, matrimonial and non-matrimonial property, maintenance claims and pension division.

You will regularly be involved with high net worth family finance cases which can involve:

• Significant business assets
• Complex property structures
• International elements
• More specialist areas of matrimonial finance work

What do you need?

This vacancy will suit a qualified family solicitor or legal executive with up to 6 years PQE.
