We are now looking for likeminded Supervising Solicitors who are Family Panel Accredited to join our expanding team in Birmingham. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your own team of fee earners along with managing your own caseload. 

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Ensure your teams professional knowledge and level of competence are being measured and developed continuously identifying any training needs
• Successfully manage your own caseload
• Undertake own advocacy and representation of the clients in court
• Fully instruct counsel, agents and experts when required

Qualifications 

• Qualified and experienced lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)  
• Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme
