Family / Matrimonial Jobs

We are seeking a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive for our client who specialises in all areas of family and matrimonial matters. The firm have very good processes in place and this position is offered as a home working role with occasional travel to one of the firm's offices. You will manage your own cases and provide leadership to a team of 3 or 4 junior solicitors and have the luxury of paralegal support. The caseload will be varied and include complex matrimonial and private children law matters to include:

• Divorce, separation and mediation
• Civil partnerships
• Cohabitation
• Domestic violence

You will have advocacy experience and an understanding of clients emotions to work in their best interests and consider all solutions. You will work for a firm who are proud to develop individuals and the team, through training.

If you are passionate to provide the best legal advice to your clients and inspire colleagues, with a friendly approach in a highly professional environment, this is a very good opportunity. You will manage your own field as a fee earner and work with your clients.
