Senior Employment Solicitor/ Partner 

Manchester -Hybrid 

We’re working with a well established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Employment Solicitor (Partner or Senior Associate) in Manchester. 

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer who is commercially driven, well connected in the Manchester market and motivated to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful practice. 

The Opportunity; 

The successful candidate will take the lead on employment law matters in the Manchester office, with responsibility for developing and maintaining strong client relationships and further growing the firm’s presence in the region. 

Key Responsibilities; 

•    Advising HR teams and boards of corporate clients on complex employment matters 

•    Managing and litigating Employment Tribunal claims 

•    Playing an active role in business development and brand growth

•    Supporting and supervising junior members of the Employment team 

•    Working closely with the existing Employment leadership to drive strategic growth 

About You; 

•    7+ years’ PQE in Employment Law 

•    Strong Employment Tribunal litigation experience

 •    Proven leadership or supervisory experience  Working Arrangement

 •    Hybrid working, with up to 2 days per week working from home
