A longstanding and successful legal practice is looking to expand their Employment team with the addition of an Employment Law Fee Earner.
They employ well over 100 staff and have a significant presence in the competitive Yorkshire legal market. The Employment Law Fee Earner will provide employment legal advice, assistance, and representation to the Firm’s Clients.

Duties to include
To provide legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients in all areas of Employment law
To assist the senior fee earners in the department as necessary
To field new client enquiries and progress matters either on own or under supervision
To achieve and seek to exceed any time recording targets set by the department
To seek to maximise internal and external referrals
The firm is happy to consider Solicitors, Paralegals or Chartered Legal Executives with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
