A longstanding and successful legal practice is looking to expand their Employment team with the addition of an Employment Law Fee Earner.

They employ well over 100 staff and have a significant presence in the competitive Yorkshire legal market.
The Employment Law Fee Earner will provide employment legal advice, assistance, and representation to the Firm’s Clients.

Duties to include

• To provide legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients in all areas of Employment law
• To assist the senior fee earners in the department as necessary
• To field new client enquiries and progress matters either on own or under supervision
• To achieve and seek to exceed any time recording targets set by the department
• To seek to maximise internal and external referrals

The firm is happy to consider Solicitors, Paralegals or Chartered Legal Executives with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
