Head of Employment Solicitor

The Opportunity

Due to volume of new clients coming to the firm alongside the retirement of a current team member, an Employment solicitor is required to help with the expansion of the business. The firm has an established client portfolio which includes a number of high net worth clients.

This role will require managing and developing an existing caseload of varied and high-quality matters, which includes Taking instructions and responding to employment claims, drafting legal responses and conducting case management/ preliminary hearings.

The Requirements

• Preferred 7+ years PQE
• Management experience desirable
• Proven fee earning and client development skills
• Autonomously able to handle a privately funded caseload
