My client is a full service Legal 500 law firm with a well-established criminal law team seeking to recruit an experienced and skilful Duty Solicitor to handle Magistrates Court work.

The role would suit either an existing Duty Solicitor, someone who will be eligible for the next Duty Rota, or a criminal Solicitor or Barrister who is keen to gain the Duty Accreditation, which the firm is happy to assist with. You will take on a busy caseload of Magistrate and Crown Court casework, police-station and prison attendance, dealing with a typically broad range of criminal matters. You will ideally have 3 years PQE however Newly qualified solicitors will also be considered.

You will be based at one of the firm's offices, though will cover the Courts and Police Stations across the wider Warwickshire area.
