Commercial Contracts Associate / Senior Associate

BCL Legal has been instructed on an outstanding opportunity for a talented Commercial Contracts lawyer (2-6 PQE) to join a top-tier, full-service international firm with a reputation for excellence across major commercial, technology, and outsourcing projects.

Working as part of a nationally integrated Strategic Contracts team, you'll advise household-name clients across sectors including transport, utilities, industrial engineering, and automotive. The work is diverse and high-profile, ranging from major multi-jurisdictional outsourcing arrangements to BAU commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on complex commercial, supply chain, and outsourcing contracts.
- Supporting corporate and real estate transactions with commercial input.
- Building close working relationships across practice areas and offices.
- Contributing to business development, client briefings, and sector initiatives.
- At Senior Associate level, you'll also play a mentoring role, supporting junior colleagues and taking an active part in client development initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in commercial contracts, ideally gained at a leading national or international firm. Strong drafting, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to client service are essential.
