This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join the legal team of a well known global business with a collaborative culture and genuine long-term career prospects.

Supporting a broad international business, you will advise on a wide range of commercial, technology and strategic legal matters, working closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and business functions.

The role offers far more than day-to-day contracting. You'll gain exposure to high-profile projects, emerging technologies, complex commercial arrangements and a diverse range of legal issues, allowing you to develop into a well-rounded in-house lawyer.

The Role

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology agreements
· Advising stakeholders on commercial, legal and operational matters
· Supporting strategic projects across international markets
· Working closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver practical legal advice
· Advising on technology, intellectual property and wider commercial matters
· Supporting process improvement and wider legal team initiatives

About You

· Qualified lawyer with commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice (preferably 3+ PQE)
· Interest in technology, IP and innovation-led businesses
· Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
· Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
