Our client is a longstanding reputable law firm based in the heart of Burslem, and due to the departure of a senior member are now seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

Our client is seeking somebody with around 5+ years’ post-qualification experience who is an excellent person fit for their thriving team. They will consider home working for the right person, but there will be a need to be in the office at least once a week to maintain contact with the team.

There is a variety of work which will include drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, partnership agreements, sale of goods contracts, franchising agreements, along with confidentiality, data protection, and supply of services contracts.
