Managing a caseload of high quality work, we are seeking a fee earner who will be integral to the department in all areas of Corporate and Commercial matters. The collaborative work environment is friendly, professional and will see you working alongside other specialists in litigation and employment teams.

We are seeking a confident Commercial Solicitor experienced in dealing with SMEs, HNW Private Clients as well as Lenders and Property Investors. This is a career move and the structure will provide promotion early for a transactional lawyer who is able to manage a busy and varied caseload in the following areas, where support will also be provided:

• Shareholder agreements and Asset acquisitions/disposals
• Company law and partnerships/LLP's
• General commercial contracts and advice
• Corporate reorganisations
• Joint ventures and partnering
• Banking, finance and loan agreements
• Insolvency and restructuring
• Non-contentious commercial property work

Your career will grow through working with the Partner on complex matters and supporting trainees to develop their business acumen and professionalism in all aspects of client work. We are seeking someone who communicates easily, thinks commercially and is interested in raising their own profile within the industry.
