A Corporate/Commercial Solicitor role has arisen at a long standing and highly reputable Shropshire based firm - to be based at their Shrewsbury office. This is a full-time, permanent position which has arisen due to succession planning. The role offers free car parking, hybrid working and progression to directorship.

The current corporate/commercial department is comprised of a senior member plus support. The caseload encompasses advising OMB on a wide range of matters, including business sales and acquisitions, start-ups, shareholder agreements along with manufacturing and supply agreements, e-commerce, website terms and conditions and general commercial contracts.

The team is looking for a solicitor to come on board working directly with the legal director on an array of matters with a view to lead the department in the future.

The firm itself has a high staff retention rate and the role offers genuine career progression, good quality work and the ability to work alongside a well-connected local lawyer.
