Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join an international Law firm, on a secondment to their client – a Public Sector organisation in the North West. The role is full-time and can be worked remotely. Candidates are also welcome to attend the office on a flexible basis. The initial booking will be for 6 months.

Main Responsibilities:

• Advising on complex commercial contracts and transactions in a regulated environment – there is a large exposure to IT and systems contract issues
• Reviewing and advising on ITT (invitation to tender) and procurement processes
• Working self-sufficiently, managing own documents and diaries
• Offering support and guidance to juniors within the team

Daily Rate: £400 - £450 per day, plus Holiday Pay (PAYE)

The successful candidate will have sound legal knowledge in the areas mentioned above and experience of contract analysis and negotiations as well as a high degree of professionalism. Previous experience in public sector procurement and utility regulations is an advantage.
