CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR REQUIRED

Our client, a highly respected firm who were established in the early 1900’s, are recruiting for experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their busy Corporate and Commercial Team in brand new modern offices on the Herts/London border.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.

The firm specialise in providing comprehensive corporate and commercial law advice to business owners across area and also into Essex. They act for all types of business, from start-ups and long established family concerns to large regional and national corporations and foreign owned subsidiaries.

The successful applicant will have experience in:

Company formations

Shareholder Agreements and Joint Ventures

Company sales and purchases

Directors duties and responsibilities

Partnerships and LLPs

Agency and Distribution Agreements

Franchise Agreements

Commercial contracts

Terms and Conditions of Trading

Employment law for employers

Commercial litigation
