A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Legal 500 law firm as a Company Commercial Solicitor in a permanent, full time or part time position, working alongside a Senior Partner.

Your workload will include, but not be limited to:

• Business and company acquisitions and disposals
• Company restructuring and re-organisation
• Dealing with shareholder issues
• Terms and Conditions
• Giving advice on intellectual property protection and internet trading laws

You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave, the potential for hybrid working, and a generous bonus scheme.

Due to the office location and the nature of this role it is essential that all candidates drive and have their own transport as travel will be required to our other sites, although the position will be predominantly based in the Coventry office.

This would suit an ambitious Commercial Solicitor who is eager to hit the ground running with approximately 3+ years' previous qualified Commercial experience.
