A rare opportunity has become available for a Corporate Associate to join our clients Top Tier, Legal 500 firm based in Reading.

Our client is looking to expand their multi award winning, highly regarded and market leading Top Tier Corporate Team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years PQE and will have a strong background in Corporate Law, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage and execute their own case load.

You working alongside along-side diverse corporate partners on a broad range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital trust investment, and general Corporate advisory work.

About you:

• You will have at least 4+ Years PQE.
• Have demonstrable rainmaking abilities.
• Be passionate, focused and driven in all areas of Corporate Law.
• A key team player, happy to both provide and receive support from team members.
• Be motivated and keen to progress to Senior/Partnership level.

About the team:

• You will be joining a strong, driven and motivated team consisting of 6 Partners, some with ex-city experience who have returned to the firm.
• Amongst the Corporate team, there is an incredibly strong team ethos. You will be supported in your progression and development within the team and with a two-partner case dynamic, will always have support available if needed.
• Working with transactions worth up to £50m.
