We have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join a growing Manchester law firm dealing with financial mis selling claims.

Key responsibilities:

Dealing with secret commissions claims from inception to completion
Reviewing documents
Calculating claim values
Drafting court documents and letters
Liaising with Court and Defendants
Preparing witness statements
Instructing experts
Advising client of settlement offers

Key skills:

Experience in financial mis-selling/Plevin is essential
An understanding of civil procedure rules
Attention to detail and communication skills
