The Role
This is a key role within a busy and high-performing construction team that handles a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work. You'll have the chance to work on a wide variety of matters including development and infrastructure projects, acting for an impressive roster of clients including developers, funders, contractors, public sector bodies and consultants.

What You'll Be Doing
· Advising on JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts, professional appointments, warranties and related documents
· Assisting clients with dispute avoidance and resolution including adjudications, mediations and court proceedings
· Taking ownership of matters with appropriate support while developing junior colleagues
· Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development

What You'll Need
· 4+ years' PQE with solid experience in construction law (contentious, non-contentious or both)
· A confident, proactive and commercial approach to client service
· A genuine interest in growing your profile within a leading team
· Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
