This is a new unique opportunity for a construction solicitor to join a growing Legal 500 team in Central London

The Firm

An award winning, Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across London and the South East.

The Role

This role will see you work as part of the London Real Estate Group at the firm, specialising in construction matters. The team currently works on a wide variety of non-contentious construction work, including:

• Drafting and negotiating bespoke and industry standard contracts
• Drafting and negotiating development agreements and agreements for lease
• Advising clients of procurement and risk
• Partnering agreements

About You

You will either be a newly qualified solicitor, with experience of non-contentious construction matters during your training contract or a qualified solicitor, with up to three years' experience of non-contentious construction work.
