A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 3+ PQE Construction Solicitor to join the growing Birmingham construction team of a large national firm as an Associate or Senior Associate. The role will involve providing a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction and commercial advice to clients on large scale projects both in the UK and overseas.

The Role

As Construction Solicitor in this highly regarded team, your responsibilities will include:

* Advising on major construction projects and disputes.
* Acting for contractors, developers and architects.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in your application for this Construction Solicitor opportunity, you will have:

* At least three years' contentious and/or non-contentious construction experience.
* Solid technical and drafting skills, ideally gained from a highly regarded regional, national or international firm.
* A strong academic profile, ideally 2.1 at degree level.
* Team player with excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
* A clear interest in and enthusiasm for construction and a desire to work on a mixed contentious/non-contentious caseload.
* Good client relationship skills.
