Dispute Resolution Solicitor - 2-6 PQE - Glasgow

An exclusive opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial litigation team in the heart of Glasgow- covering a mixed commercial disputes caseload covering commercial debt recovery and insolvency, real estate disputes, contractual disputes and professional negligence.

The Role:
· Managing a mixed commercial litigation caseload covering debt recovery, contentious insolvency, real estate disputes, contractual disputes and professional negligence.
· Delivering excellent, quality, legal advice and service to a long-established national client base.
· Collaborating with colleagues across the office network to deliver the best results for clients.
· Managed a broad caseload across both the Sheriff's Court and Court of Session.

The Candidate:
· 2-6PQE Solicitor - Scottish Qualified with a genuine interest in dispute resolution.
· Previous background within litigation- commercial, dispute resolution, professional indemnity litigation or civil litigation is advantageous.
· A previous background in handling matters through the Sheriff's Court and Court of Session is advantageous but is not essential.
· A clear ambitious to join one of Glasgow's leading litigation firms.
